Straight from the horse's mouth.

Joe Scarborough:

I tried to get Hillary Clinton four times — three or four times to say that Bernie Sanders was unqualified to be president of the United States and just like my interview with Rick Santorum, I start asking a question, I keep going being I get an answer or give up and after three or four attempts with Secretary Clinton I gave up because she was not going to say the words he is unqualified to be president of the United States.

So if you'd like you can see him in action!

Personally, I really do not think he is qualified to be president. Hillary is nice and won't come out and say so, but everybody who read that NYDN interview are shaking their heads in disbelief.

It should be their positions that matter, the trust they generate, etc.

I also think THIS 'quote/unquote' issue got very old early.

After Hillary did her usual coy, 'well, I won't say it outright, but I'm strongly implying it by not saying he is qualified when asked directly, over and over' dance, Bernie replied in kind directly, and with no 'plausible deniability'.

"Don't start nuthin, won't be nuthin." Bernie didn't just let her put out the notion that he was unqualified with her little weasel dance, but gave back what he was given directly, and without all the coyness.
