She packs it in an "artful smear"....

For then taking the victim role when the backfire eventually comes.

She's been doing this for months already. And Bernie has shown restraint until now, and has come under fire for doing the same thing, but doing it with substance. Something Hillary lacks. She's nothing but an empty suit programmed with talking points, deflections and incorrections.

This is the bullshit line about not being qualified.

"I think he hadn't done his homework and he'd been talking for more than a year about doing things that he obviously hadn't really studied or understood."

Her reasoning?
Bernie's failiure to play the "journalist" game and give any indication on whether the FEDS have police authority to break up banks. Bernie did mention Dodd-Frank as a tool, did he not?

What she and her minions fail to realize is that he has already given plans to break up the banks. People should watch more C-Span and less propagandists like Chris Matthews and WaPo.

The talking points inside the Hillary bubble is now "Bernie doesn't know what he is talking about", ignoring the tons of debunction junction served up readily available and for free.

That has trickled down in the ranks the last months:

"Asked whether Sanders is a "real Democrat," Clinton first hedged, but then made clear she has doubts.

“Well, I can’t answer that,” she said in the Politico interview conducted last week. “He’s a relatively new Democrat, and, in fact, I’m not even sure he is one. He’s running as one. So I don’t know quite how to characterize him.”

Or her little chuckles on where Bernie was during the healthcare battles in the 90's....

That's another doozy...

Got another comment?

...the legacy of FDR..

Hillary doesn't. Wonder how she will police the corrupt bankers who donates to her dirty campaign. And this is the "artful smear" she is so good at using, projecting those over to Bernie.
.I see that Bernie caucusing with the democratic caucus all these years doesn't matter at all. At least he has never campaigned against a democrat in favor of a republican like DWS has done.
There has been one candidate between those two who have gone dirty - it's Hillary.

She embodies the world view of a corporatist and neocon. Not an FDR democrat.

Most are let go simply because they happen so often.

One example that is exactly the opposite of what is true, yet went almost unnoticed:

http://www.politifact.com/truth-o-meter/statements/2016/mar/10/hillary-clinton/hillary-clinton-says-bernie-sanders-wants-delay-cl/

^snip^

"The Clean Power Plan is something that Sen. Sanders has said he would delay implementing, which makes absolutely no sense," Clinton said.

But Sanders himself did not say he would delay implementation. In reality, he wants a more ambitious plan (and has released one) and has supported Obama’s plan from the get-go.

A day before it was unveiled, Sanders said in a press release, "It sounds to me like a step forward in ending our dependence on fossil fuel, and I support that effort."

He also tweeted that day, "Pres Obama knows climate change is the great planetary crisis facing us & we must move boldly to transform our energy system #CleanPowerPlan."

Double standards, used by those who need them.

I should hope politicians don't share every thought in private publicly, that would be political suicide.

In this case there's just a "aide" who supposedly leaked this to a political commentator on CNN. We'll see if this story is backed up by more from this commentator today. Only quote from Jeff so far today:

But the thing is, everyone, and I mean Democrats, Republicans, Independents, non-political people--everyone knows who the honest candidate is and who the liar is. I can't watch Sanders anymore. He's my bathroom/ channel surfing break at the moment. He is a liar and a selfish one-liner. He has one main issue and he can't even get it together, he cannot even explain how he plans to implement his one plan.
Now he's feeling the math and realizes he can't win the nomination, so he plans to take not only Hillary but the whole party (which he so conveniently used for his presidential ambition) down with him. I can't wait until Johnny-Come-Lately Democrat exits and go back to being Mr. Independent- minus one fan. I can't believe how silly I was to admire this man for all these years. My blinders are off. Hillary has shown such class in this situation.
