"Indeed, Clinton did not say Sanders was "unqualified" or "not qualified" during.."Morning Joe"

Three facts:
1st--Yesterday, Joe S. egged Hillary on to say that Sanders was unqualified to be POTUS. Hillary did not take the bait (3X). Today Joe proudly said "I GAVE UP"--(after 3 tries). Both Joe and Andrea Mitchel clearly said that Hillary did NOT utter the word unqualified.

2nd--Sanders is the one saying Hillary said said she was unqualified--He said it at a rally.

3rd--Sanders said twice that Hillary should apologize (about 2 different issues). Seems to me-Sanders --or his staff that told him to say that Hillary said he was unqualified-needs to offer up an apology.

Sanders questions if Clinton is 'qualified' to be president

By ERRIN WHACK, Associated Press

PHILADELPHIA — Bernie Sanders on Wednesday questioned whether Democratic rival Hillary Clinton is "qualified" to be president after she spent much of the day criticizing his record and his preparedness for the job.

"She has been saying lately that she thinks that I am quote unquote not qualified to be president," Sanders told a crowd .......

..........Indeed, Clinton did not say Sanders was "unqualified" or "not qualified" during a much-quoted interview Wednesday morning on MSNBC's "Morning Joe."

In a discussion of an interview with Sanders that appeared in the New York Daily News, Clinton was asked if "Bernie Sanders is qualified and ready to be president of the United States."

She responded, "Well, I think he hadn't done his homework and he'd been talking for more than a year about doing things that he obviously hadn't really studied or understood, and that does raise a lot of questions."

Sanders spokesman Michael Briggs said Wednesday evening that Sanders was responding to reports on the CNN and Washington Post websites. A Post story was headlined, "Clinton questions whether Sanders is qualified to be president.".....................

On Morning Joe this a.m., Joe Scarborough said exactly the same thing. He admitted he tried 4 times to get her to say Sanders was unqualified and she never would do it. The interviewer, for those who aren’t paying close attention, admitted he was trying to get a soundbite but Secretary Clinton never bit.

*****From today--April 7^^^^

Scarborough: Do you believe this morning that Bernie Sanders is qualified and ready to be President?

When asked point-blank by host Joe Scarborough whether Sanders was ready for the Oval Office, Clinton raised the senator's recent interview with the New York Daily News.

"Well, I think the interview raised a lot of serious questions," Clinton said. "I think of it this way: The core of his campaign has been 'break up the banks,' and it it didn't seem in reading his answers that he understood exactly how that would work under Dodd-Frank."

Asked again whether Sanders is qualified, Clinton dodged. "Well, I think he hadn't done his homework, and he'd been talking for more than a year about doing things that he obviously hadn't really studied or understood, and that raises a lot of questions," she said.

Asked a third time, Clinton said she would "leave it to voters to decide who of us can do the job the country needs.".....................

“She said that it’s going to be coming out in the very near future that many of the catastrophes that have taken human lives in the State of New York have been the product of guns coming over the border from Vermont,” according to New York State Sen. That’s probably because it’s not even close to true."

14. The Clintons are not straight talkers. They've lied for decades.
Thu Apr 7, 2016, 08:57 AM
Apr 2016

They'll spin innuendo or deceive and stoop to then scramble for a dictionary to try to find some other obscure meaning because they haven't got the guts and integrity to stand behind their words and actions.

Unfortunately for Hillary, she's stupid enough to think that this sort of thing will work forgetting it didn't do a lot of good in the Lewinsky situation with "I did not have sexual relations with that woman". America didn't need a lawyer to look up the words in a dictionary to figure out Bill Clinton was lying. America doesn't need a dictionary nor lawyer now either.

Whether Hillary herself uttered the actual word "unqualified" or not, the media's and America's conclusion of the obvious was that she and her campaign spent the last news cycle suggesting Sanders was not qualified and they were going to disqualify him. That's irrefutable. To lower the discourse to some sort of childish "I didn't say the word 'unqualified'" isn't going to cut it. Folks are fed up with that low grade bullshit.

If candidate Clinton is dumb enough to think America is going to fall for another round of semantics after the litany of Clinton lying and word games over the last three decades, all it proves is she isn't fit to be president because she's too effin stooooopid to read what is going on around her and see reality for what it is.

You wonder why folks don't like her? Shit like this insults people's intelligence - when it's really the low intelligence of the candidate to be dumb enough to think that nonsense like this would work. This is just another sleazy attempt at deception.

I was reflecting on that. Has there been a single day since last January as we approached Iowa that the Clintons or their campaign hasn't lied, deceived, done a dirty campaign trick or something like that? It seems to have happened every day. Is it any wonder why the Clinton White House was inundated with scandals? Some suckers are foolish enough to try to blame it all on the GOP but get tongue tied when asked to explain how Obama's White House stayed clear of scandal (except Hillary's scandals of course).

The Clintons are not a whole heck of a lot better than the scum the GOP are offering up. The only one with a shred of decency and integrity is Bernie Sanders. He has more of that than the rest of them put together.

Maybe that's the problem with some Hillary supporters. They've been listen to Clinton deception so long, they sometimes seem to have trouble distinguishing fact from fiction.

But that has nothing to do with my post and neither do your comments really.

Hillary wasn't responding to a specific allegation when she and her campaign made their declaration that Sanders was unqualified and they intended to disqualify him with the voters and not worry about fracturing the party until after that was done. She was just venting like a sore loser after Sanders clobbered her again in Wisconsin.

Apr 2016

This is especially apparent with children on the autism spectrum who have difficulty with lying and manipulation.

You should be proud of your candidate - she is very socially advanced when it comes to those skills.

Tell you what - I will believe she wasn't trying to imply and/or infer Sanders was "not qualified" when I hear the words "of course he is qualified - the Democrats have two excellent candidates who have different approaches but are both QUALIFIED for the job."

It can be another "of course Obama isn't a Muslim - we've been to church together" moment.

Wait-a-minute! That last bit never happened! Didn't she imply he was a Muslim instead?

Or is that infer? Eh, it was a clear attempt at a smear.

Sort of like "I'm not even sure he's a REAL Democrat."

But that's what happens when someone so similar to the Republicans (like Hillary is) runs against someone with REAL Democrat values - they get so confused, they can't even recognize their own party's platform!

...before they shot their mouths off. If they did, this is more pathetic than it appears, and that's saying something.

It's becoming clear where the arrogance and belligerence is originating in that camp. I'd put money that they'll just triple-down on this. It's been a characteristic of other overreaches and other bullshittery from them to let the lie ride and even raise money from supporters off of it.

He's not qualified. It's ironic, after all the logic pretzels I've seen here, to watch Sanders supporters call her out on this, especially after all the feces-throwing from their side.

It's not surprising considering he gets his orders from Weaver. That is the same Weaver who contested the results in Iowa while saying he didn't know the caucus rules all in the same interview. These people are clueless to everything except for how to separate vulnerable people from their money.

I don't know what Hillary and her fans think they're going to get out of this. Even people who don't realize it was the Hillary Campaign that began it, will only see a campaign that can't get over one little owie.

he's a slimy liar who's henchman, Weaver isn't much different that Rove. Weaver is coaching Bernie (I'd bet a $1M) into a disgraceful pattern of justifying theft, lying and is creating some terribly damaged goods.
