belt hit job and awful attack on Hillary.
I think Bernie will man up, admit his mistake, and apologize in the near future.
Now back to real issues.
Update. I was wrong. Bernie is doubling down on his LIES.

(24,411 posts)Bernie didn't say anything that his supporters don't think and feel in spades.
Her Iraq War vote was horrific because she knew Bush and the neocons were lying. That vote demonstrates her terrible judgment and her lack of courage in refusing to stand up to that twisted sociopath Bush.
Her SuperPAC is a corporate donation bucket that contains bribes from all of the millionaires, billionaires and bank moguls that she will kow tow to if she ever gets into office.
I'd say that alone demonstrates that she lacks the judgment to lead a parade, let alone a country.
We don't want a Democratic president who is a spineless, go-along warmonger and a bought-and-paid-for chump.
Bernie communicated the bare minimum that his supporters think of her.
What Bernie said was at a level 2. He needs to crank it up to a 6 or 7 and go after her for the disastrous failed state that she fomented in Lybia and her ties to the for-profit prison system. Just for starters.
Then, he needs to highlight the fact that Robert Kagan, the founder of the neocon movement was one of her advisers while she was SOS.
I'm underwhelmed by Hillary supporters getting the vapors when Bernie tells it like it is. This is a heated primary. Not the ballet. He spoke the truth. Get over yourselves and your flawed candidate who needs to be called out like this in a daily basis.

(3,660 posts)In a scripted interview with her where the questions are known, she "artfully dodged" saying it herself.
No, this was meant as part of the "disqualify" part of the war she declared today and stems from the emergency meeting her campaign had in NY after WI last night.

(24,411 posts)Clinton's detestable junkyard dog said, "Black lives don't matter much to Bernie Sanders."? That was said in late Jan, before The Iowa caucuses happened.
Does that break the code?
Clinton and her psycho surrogates spent months denegrating and attacking Sanders and his "Bernie Bro" supporters.
Suddenly, when Bernie discusses the details of her SuperPAC and her Iraq War vote, Bernie is a real horrible guy and he owes Clinton a big apology!
You are not serious people.

(15,189 posts)Hillary used the deaths at Sandy Hook for political gain. And he's right, she's not qualified to be president.

(2,353 posts)And she brought this on herself... She has begun with the lies and the attacks and using Sandy Hook children as a prop is what is considered an actual below the belt attack. Her highness has built herself quite a glass house, she should consider that when throwing stones at others.

(50,130 posts)She has more scandals and corruption in her history than he does.
So she has to trap him into saying something that she can claim is an attack, and she can play the victim.
If he REALLY ever begins to speak the truth about her (as Trump will do), she will be finished. Ruined.

Has the Clinton campaign denied this? That is not what I saw today.
In your OP you said that someone in the Sanders campaign had misinterpreted things, if so then many others did as well.

AUDIO: "The Clinton Campaign has been watching these Wisconsin results come in and the delegate race of course is tight there, but the reality is they're running out of patience . so they're going to begin deploying a new strategy it's going to be called 'DISQUALIFY HIM - DEFEAT HIM' and then they can unify the party later.
For the last several months, the Clinton Campaign has been first ignoring Bernie Sanders, then dismissing him -- now they are going to go head-long into him, I'm told, beginning here in the New York Primary in two weeks on his gun record, on other things. So Party-unity aside for now, one aide told me that will come later. They're going to start trying and defeating Bernie Sanders so that scenario you saw play out there on John's wall, does not come true. The Clinton Campaign is running out of patience. They want to stop Bernie Sanders, and move on to the Fall Campaign."
