Right now she is the agent of the status quo. Her resume is one of following the path of least resistance and getting maximum personal benefit from it, when she is not pushing policies that are simply disastrous. She had run an almost clockwork pay to play situation based on bribes to her personally or through her foundation. She has gotten in the way of progress, then pretended to have been for it the entire time when it passes(LBGT Equality, $15 per hour minimum wage). She casually backstabs Obama whenever she feels it's to her advantage.

Show us more of the first, and less of the last. Her qualifications are looking pretty mediocre right now.
