A new Marist poll should be breaking soon....
I was polled by Marist today about the primary in NY. That is the second time I've been polled this election season. I think my community is one of those test markets.
Basically they wanted my demographic information, how often I voted in primaries, how I viewed Obama, Hillary Clinton, Andrew Cuomo, Bernie Sanders, Donald Trump, Cruz and Kasich.
Who I planned to vote for in the primary.
And various scenarios-- basically in General Election: Hillary vs. Trump, Cruz, Kasich-- who I would vote for and Bernie vs Trump, Cruz, Kasich-- who I would vote for.
Then some weird question about who is "The Real New Yorker" which I thought was stupid.
What kind of political category I felt I was ...
If I had ever been in the military. If I or my spouse was in a labor union.
and... would I be willing to speak with a reporter? (I said no... I'm a state employee and don't want to do anything that can jeopardize my job).
