WI: Milwaukee County 52-48 Hillary/Bernie

This is important because ~40% of Milwaukee County is non white. Vast of majority of these voters vote in the democratic primary, and thus make up bigger portion of the democratic primary. Lets say its 50-50 white/non white.

Assuming whites voted like in other parts of the state 60-40 for Bernie, it means Bernie won ~35% of the non white vote, which is significantly better than ~20 in the South, and ~30% in Illinois, Michigan, Missouri.

If he can get it to ~40% in NY, he can win that state.

It also takes 2-3 hours to vote in the inner city. GOTV in the districts she'd kill in is very hard. PeaceNikki Apr 2016 #1

And it's been made much harder with the newly enacted Voter ID law. Democratic turnout in those areas is abysmal at best in anything outside of the GE.

Unlike in the South in Feb. Not many knew anything about him then.
