One copy to a precinct archive, under lock and key.
One copy to the voter.
Don't give me that crap about voters selling their votes if they get a copy.
Other countries have used this system.

However, this system has been used in countries where elections had been fraudulent.

...they worry about having their registration purged...
...I've met no people outside of political junkies who really worry that their votes aren't being counted.
