(54,770 posts)2. I think it should be easier to register, vote, etc. However, it is pretty easy now if one takes
advantage of early voting, voting absentee by mail, even on-line voting. Although I've been registered to vote for decades, you can register on-line in my red state, so I bet it is easier in other areas. It's not that hard, but if it can be made easier, I'm all for it. Everybody has a stake in this, and deserves a vote.

The new color blind Jim Crow laws were written by Repubs.They are intended for the GE. What we see now is just a prelude.

When you turn 18 you should be automatically registered to vote for life.
We also need major election reform to remove the duopoly that Democrats and Republicans have on the political process.
