The Bernie Sanders campaign has the more enthusiastic supporters. Period.

(35,015 posts)They stayed true to their word and followed through for Bernie. I read that about 600 of Hillary's delegates didn't show. That seems like a big number, it's curious to say the least.

(507 posts)by Clinton supporters might be part of the reason that the Clinton delegates didn't show up.

I wonder if their misinterpretation led to people believing that the delegates didn't have to show up today.

(3,649 posts)Big surprise. Unfortunately for her the rest of the country gets to vote, and it's even looking like her "home state" is in play. Look, I don't want to come off as being overly nasty, but Bernie has performed way better than anybody predicted. That alone should be a clue that there's something wrong with Hillary Clinton as a candidate. She had everything lined up and ready to go at the beginning of this primary. She had the name recognition, she had the money, she had the support of the entire Democratic establishment. But frankly, it's all coming apart.

(14,459 posts)She's had every advantage- she should be crushing it everywhere. The fact that she needs so many people to do damage control for her all over social media is embarrassing.

if there is no path for Bernie, why even bother to campaign and save all that money for the General Election
HRC knows they are on thin ice and are doing their best to keep the AC running so the ice doesn't melt before June is up

(14,459 posts)Between Hillary's volcanic temper tantrum and some of the lame excuses for her past behavior, I'm surprised they haven't burned the whole campaign down yet.

(1,377 posts)You are arguing in your real world where you know SD have to vote in convention that has not happened yet. The person against you is arguing in a lala dream-state where the SD are already locked in and don't vote at the convention. So in their mind there is no way for Sanders to win. No it is not there fault really the M$M have ruined their brains and they can no longer filter out bullshit that Hillary tells them.

(14,459 posts)I'm reminding Team Hill that they should not be in the situation they are in right now if they were even if they were phoning it in. That's what I love about having Team Hill here- it's like having personal reps for the campaign available at all times to question.

You might feel comfortable siding with the Big Money boys but sooner or later we will bring the corruption you accept, down.

(14,459 posts)They all think they will be more than lackeys at some point. Or maybe they are "happy" with the better quality table scraps? Either way, some of them say they are in the 1%, and once you get there, you never want to leave.

(13,297 posts)biggest hurdle is the unknown-candidate issue, as most people who are unaware of issues in general are probably voting on familiarity over details. I was surprised how many people did not know of Martin O' Malley by the New Hampshire primary, and he had been running a long time. Saw that in a focus group report.
