Obama's Firewall

Here are the states we need to focus on and WIN if we are to re-elect President Obama:

Ohio and Wisconsin: Absolute MUST-wins.

Pennsylvania: We should have this in the bag, but keep an eye on it! Polls have gradually been tightening in the keystone state.

Michigan Again, we should win, but let's make sure we get all of our voters to the polls, especially in Detroit's urban area.

Winning the above states will put our electoral vote total at 265. Then we'll need to win either Iowa or Nevada to put us over the top.

So, basically our six-state firewall is PA (20), OH (18), MI (16), WI (10), IA (6), and NV (6). This is not to say that we will definitely lose Colorado, Virginia, or Florida. However, the six states I mentioned seem to be closer for us to reach. Remember, our goal is to reach 270 electoral votes, not dominate all regions.

6. Don't take anything for granted,

1000's of voter registrations found in the dumpster,
Bain and Tagg Romney owning some voting machines,
claiming you need ID to vote when you do not,
etc.
The Repubs will not go down easily. They will fight as their life depends on it!!

its secured and the Obama campaign has it in the same category as PA and MI.

however with VA and CO so close, we need those to get our mandate and get our policies in place.

We're even deeper blue here in Ann Arbor than Detroit so a big turnout in our city helps most of all. All out for Tuesday November 6th!

To your firewall I would add Iowa, Colorado and Nevada as these give Obama ways to win the electoral math without the super critical Ohio. Virginia would sure be nice too!

Can win with MI, PA, FL and any other state
