Its ironic on the same day Hillary camp tells Bernie to tone it down they push false story re Jane

Bernie's marriage to Jane has been under attack all day.
People saying that he respects a bird more than his wife.
It was so easy to do, wasn't it, to revert to Trump style politics - bringing up the wife instead of debating policies.

Now the group that pushed that bs story has apologized.
http://www.thenewcivilrightsmovement.com/davidbadash/an_apology
Hopefully we will see apologies from some DUers as well.

In light of what happened today and the nonstop attacks on the marriage of Bernie and Jane, I question which campaign is the one that needs to tone it down.

MSNBC was the statement that Bernie was running a nasty campaign against Hillary. Even the talking heads on that show were laughing at that one! One said "If HE thinks Bernie is running a nasty campaign, just wait to see what Trump does!

In prominent posts, by prominent Hillary Clinton supporters, on DU, at this moment.

So pay attention.

If hog lagoon politickin were an Olympic event, Sanders would be walking over the pit grabbing the gold while the Hillary campaign would be taking baths in it and calling it a day spa.

They are attacking his integrity. Attempting to bring his campaign down to her campaign's level or shave double digit points from it. Her campaigns numbers are literally terrible awful.

They are not fooling anyone with their bullshit.

Hey HRC campaign....we see you.

The Clinton campaign prides itself in launching attacks that no ethical person would consider waging.

Remember how she praised McCain while insulting Obama back in 2008?
Or how she sent out her henchmen to use dog whistle politics, accusing the future President of "shuck and jive," for example?

It must be liberating to have no shame.

1) to reduce the support he's receiving from women by using this false meme to plant doubts about his treatment of his wife

2) to take away the joyous moment with Bernie and the bird. For some reason, people's delight in this really sticks in their collective craw.

They misfired, big time. All it's done is demonstrated the viciousness of those who tried to spread this malicious and calculated claptrap.
