Related: About this forumYowsa- the Salt Lake City Tribune endorses Obama.
It's one of the better endorsement editorials. It seems that Mitt's shape shifting was the deal breaker.

(20,215 posts)It lays it all out though.
"Through a pair of presidential debates, Romneys domestic agenda remains bereft of detail and worthy of mistrust."
He won't commit to anything other than saying everyone gets a 20% rate cut. Fine. But he also says that deductions and exemptions would be less. He speaks of a deduction "bucket" that you could fill with $17K to $25K worth of mortgage interest, property tax, state income tax, charitable contributions, college tuition, etc. I'm thinking that a middle class family living in a state with expensive real estate and high state income tax, maybe with a kid in college, could overflow that deduction bucket pretty easily. Of course without the details, WHO KNOWS? And he hasn't said squat about people who don't itemize who are mostly renters and I would guess mostly poor. Is he going to lower the standard deduction and exemptions?
