I went to the "article" at your link, and below it the person who wrote it said he didn't know if the quote was real or not. I googled it and found that "article" plus 2 or 3 other mentions on conspiracy blogs. I find it inconceivable that Bush Sr. said something like that to Sarah McClendon (I think that was the reporter, am not going back to check) and it wasn't widely reported.
