10. It will be the 'optimal' nontroversy

and as long as Obama has a proper response to it the rest of the debate should be easy peasy lemon squeezy.

Just keep pointing out that 17 of Romney's 24 foreign policy advisers are Bushies.

Look directly into the camera and say "Romney's is owned. And his owners want war for profit. They want to send your sons and daughters into the meat grinder to fulfill this objective. If you want unending war, world isolation, debt and misery, vote for that man there (while casting a thumb over the shoulder at Romney)." I guarantee that would scare the bejeezus out of every undecided voter out there. I think the one thing undecideds can probably agree on is that we don't need any more unnecessary wars.

4. Couldn't watch Mitt

REad his lines. Snarky.

President Obama played it right. I think there were only two "punch lines" - one was about Ryan and the time and I forget the other one, but he had a huge grin and was looking at Romney after. Most of his jokes, as has been pointed elsewhere, were directed at himself. And if those that weren't were gentle humor. The "shopping in stores/shopping for stores" is funny without being hurtful.
