If you're running an apartheid government and a terrorist regime in the Mideast. I'm sure that Bibi and the MIC sent her a basket of minimuffins for that disgusting speech. Trying to decide who is the lesser of two evils is getting harder and harder.

She's always taken the RW stance that Israel-can-do-no-wrong and remains pro-Netanyahu even when he's going behind Obama's back with Boehner.

but I seem to recall when she was first lady she was at an event with Yassir Arafat's wife (I forget her name) and the two embraced. The fallout from the Jewish community was rather severe and I think it was at that point she realized brown people were not going to help her climb the ladder of power, but Jewish people sure as heck could. Since then, the Palestinians have been personae non grata to her.

I was not aware of that event. I knew she has nothing but antipathy for Palestinians, but then again that includes Iranians, Iraqis Libyans, and Syrians to name a few. She seems quite buddy-buddy with Saudis tho. They got$ lot$a big buck$.

It takes a special kind of chutzpah to have the backing of Netanyahu, Kagan, Nuland, and a host of lesser neocons and still claim that you're progressive.

I'm grateful that you were able to identify the most positive aspects of it. My opinion of it was far more negative.

If there was any doubt, I think she just proved it. Again.

Jeffrey Sachs: Hillary is the Candidate of the War Machine

Jeffrey D. Sachs is the Director of The Earth Institute, Professor of Sustainable Development, and Professor of Health Policy and Management at Columbia University. He is Special Advisor to United Nations Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon on the Millennium Development Goals, having held the same position under former UN Secretary-General Kofi Annan. He is Director of the UN Sustainable Development Solutions Network. He is co-founder and Chief Strategist of Millennium Promise Alliance, and is director of the Millennium Villages Project. A recent survey by The Economist Magazine ranked Professor Sachs as among the world’s three most influential living economists of the past decade. Sachs is the author, most recently, of “The Age of Sustainable Development," 2015 with Ban Ki-moon.
