LIS ...

this was an acronym used here in prior years when a post was mostly seen as divisive and to just stir things up.

There are threads that seek to divide, although the questions are asked so innocently at times, we should not contribute to those threads and just 'let it sink.'

Admittedly in the past I have kicked some threads that I should not have, but in the future I will try to remain silent or just post LIS.

also remember when DU participants would post about upcoming bills and threads stating call your member of Congress right now!

We need to get back to basics that benefit people and keep people engaged.

DU should not be a mirror of the corrupted and shallow corporate media.

Sanders has rejuvenated a sense of optimism among the boomers and given hope to a younger generation that is even larger in size.

We need some out of the box thinking, staying in the box for decades has not worked out so well.

Thx!

That is not to say the lies should not be challenged, but do so judiciously.

A caveat though is that outright lies need to be challenged, but once that has been done ... move on and let it sink.
