However, what I see Romney doing is saying the answer is 4, and that there are many ways to make his plan equal 4, but the important thing is that the principle is 4 and he will work with Congress to make the answer 4.
And what everyone else is asking is for Mitt to lay out a few ways to get to 4, because all of the other things he says don't sound like they add up to 4. The other things look like they add up to -750,000. But Mitt insists the answer will be 4, and never mind how.
That would be a lot to fit into a one-panel political cartoon, though.
