Ryan has been in congress since the late 90's. More than a dozen years and all I could find was that.

How long was Obama in the Senate? And what did he do?

1. Lyin' Ryan is NOT a smart man. He just plays one in Congress....

2. On TV a month or two ago they said that two of Ryan's bills had been passed.

One was a change of the tax rate on 'hunting bows',
and I can't remember exactly what the other one was but it was something unimportant like naming a post office or something like that.

The other one was renaming a library in his district. And the repugs have been touting this do-nothing who's been in congress since 1998. That's 14 years and two bills passed. Woohoo! Hell, ALEC probably wrote that budget of his he's so 'famous' for and let him put his name on it. What the hell has he been doing for 14 years?
