Not sure what the source of the bump is, seems too early for the Biden effect, but hopefully Nate will post soon.

Or it could be the first sign that Romney's debate bounce has leveled off. I'm inclined to think the latter, since it takes the polls a while to catch up.

the debate that he "won" by letting Willard lie for 90 minutes while he looked at his lectern and repeated his campaign slogan, "umm, ahhh".
