Are Democratic operatives trolling conservative message boards in droves?

I didn't think so either.

Nice try, fellas, but save your energy for rigging votes on DWTS to keep Bristol Palin on. This is a forum for grown-ups.

P.S. Nice job last night, Joe!

we have lives in which we live, you know jobs, families and hobbies. Most of the right wing trolls are 14 year olds in their parents basement or rednecks living on welfare or retired older people or hell there are probably more then a few payed trolls.

It's a 'thing.' the RNC and others have been paying people to comment, post, join, demoralize, etc.

You know when you're busy attacking the other guy for laughing, "weird" facial expressions, and being "rude" (aka not allowing bullshit to go unchallenged), your guy had a bad night. They didn't seem to have a problem whenever Romney was rude, dismissive, interrupting, attacking, and had that smarmy little "I just crapped my pants" smile on his face all night-- only difference was Biden actually had the facts on his side and fought for the American people as he smacked down the grandma hating, Ayn Rand loving little boy from Wisconsin, whereas Romney's debate "win" was built on a house of lies.

I have to commend Martha Radditz, too, for not buying into the corporate media pressure to appear nonpartisan at the expense of being an effective moderator. Clearly she was more motivated to not be another Jim Lehrer-style doormat, and the quality of the debate benefited from this. Ryan didn't get near the opportunity to blather off his pre-scripted stump speech, and was cornered multiple times when pressed for facts and specifics, two things the Romney/Ryan campaign exist on avoiding at all costs.

There are generally four factors to scoring a fight:

-"effective" aggression
-defense
-ring generalship
-clean and hard punching

Biden's aggressiveness was not just in his smile. He was effective in making his points. It wasn't empty aggression without results. Virtually every exchange went in his favor. Biden was not only effective in carrying forth his argument aggressively, he was also masterful in defending the administration against Ryan's attacks. Biden displayed complete generalship in that debate, directing where the argument went and forcing Ryan to respond and react to him, as opposed to the other way around. As far as clean and hard punching went, you only have to ask yourself regarding the outcome of every exchange, "who would I have rather been; Biden or Ryan?".
