Did Bernie acknowledge Hillary's victory...

... in his MN speech? He did on the walk from the plane, briefly, caught by a reporter, but I'm now listening to the speech on Youtube, and he didn't at the beginning (my husband thought he did), and we listened for an hour. Maybe at the end?

Perhaps it's okay to wait until the nomination is actually decided?

I think that candidates give speeches once a given contest is called in order to acknowledge the supporters and review the state of the race.

It isn't what one owes the other candidate; it's what one owes his/her own campaign.

I think Bernie tweeted an acknowledgement on Saturday evening. That works for me.
