Hillary is outpolling Bernie among whites by 20 points, blacks by 70 points, people ages 40 and up by over 50 points, and young people by 6 points.

And women by 50 points, and men by about 30 points.

Even for a Southern state, this is a bit surprising.

is NOT related to the possibility of Hillary winning Georgia in the general election.

My excitement relates to Hillary likely becoming our nominee whom I believe is our best candidate.

Is that ok with you?

It seems to be super delegates are choosing the most qualified person. Too bad when the GE comes they go from "super" to normal.

It shows how much voting needs to change to flip a state from red to blue (and vice versa but why would anyone want to do that)

It shows that GA will flip blue if Dems can break even with college educated voters and Latinos vote in similar number to AA.

http://projects.fivethirtyeight.com/2016-swing-the-election/

Plus, it's just kinda fun to play around with.

With Trump pissing off Latinos like he is, GA could be competitive.

on Bernie. Over the last few days, I have heard gop pundits or elected gop officials starting to refer to him as the socialist.

This may have had or could have an impact on his numbers. Until now, relatively few attacks of this nature have been leveled at him. Hillary certainly did not use the "socialist" meme.

I wouldn't be surprised if the result is something like this today in SC as well. The trends have been all Hillary the past several days.
