due to all the anti-President Obama 'first debate' spin we've been inundated with. One week of positive 'spin' for Obama/Biden will help a lot, among the base at least, and will reflect on final result. AND voting happening NOW in several states.

but still I guess it's probably important for everybody to know SOMETHING about the people whom might potentially have to take over if, heaven forbid, something were to happen to their respective running mates if elected POTUS.

VPs have to be understudies for presidents, because stuff happens, presidents die or leave office sometimes.

The same point about Palin is very true about Ryan too. I don't want him ever getting the 3 am phone call. Biden, however, could handle it easily.
