'When does it stop?' Slow drip of Clinton emails prompt judge's subpoena threat

Aides to Hillary Clinton and State Department officials should be questioned under oath about Clinton’s use of a private email server during her four years as secretary of state, a federal judge ruled on Tuesday.

“There has been a constant drip, drip, drip of declarations,” said US district judge Emmet G Sullivan of Washington. “When does it stop?”

The ruling, which was first reported in the Washington Post, advances an investigation into whether Clinton or others had acted in violation of the Freedom of Information Act.

Why does this remind me of Bill Clinton's "I did not have sexual relations" statement in the 90s.

I realize Hillary has assured us many times on the campaign trail there is nothing to see in her email server but if that is the case then why are subpoenas being issued from "Freedom of Information" request being denied by Hillary and her staff

Just as the case where as months after the fact we are informed there have been subpoenas issued against the Clinton Foundation from the State Department

Months after the fact ....

It's a simple question just as the many request for Hillary to release the transcripts of her speeches to Goldman Sacks. But just as we saw the goal post being moved further and further away last night on national TV, it is one brought on by the actions of Hillary herself

the huge effort of GW and co to change and appoint judges? There was a lot of dirty tricks and private government email exchanges over appointing right wing judges in high places.

How would a centre-right Third Way woman be criticised by the 60 % of the US population to her left? That is impossible. She doesn't have character flaws. Because she has ovaries. Just ike Palin. Except not. Well, whatever: 9/11, and if you vote for Sanders the terrorists will win.

AKA The Clinton camp. They double down on this stuff as if there is not an FBI investigation and an ongoing court case narrowing in on her top aide and herself.

But if at all possible, they'll drag it out long enough that they hope she'll be the nominee when they drop the hammer, so as to hand the WH over to Repubs easily.
