(1,784 posts)maybe it's good to remind folks who hill is and how low she will stoop. This was a real issue just 7 years ago. you know the last time she lost the Democratic Primary
Deal with the issues stop the ad-hominem attacks...

(3,919 posts)what reason? i seriously question whether you are a true bernie supporter with attack posts that are also beneath the dignity of bernie sanders and his campaign.

(4,713 posts)Maybe you should stop assuming it's against our best interests, that's not for you to decide.

(1,784 posts)stop trying to silence my opinion... I'll fight to the last so you can have yours
giftedgirl77
(4,713 posts)Since you have never lived in our shoes nor will never know what it is like to live as a black/brown person in this country you have no business trying to tell us what is in our best interest. You don't know.
Your idea of better isn't everybody's idea of better.

berniepdx420
(1,784 posts)have no interest in having a 2 way conversation.. because you think i am white you think that I can have no opinion on the state of black affairs in America, ... take care.. vote for whom ever you think will fight for you ... peace
giftedgirl77
(4,713 posts)With the whole voting against our interests. You want to explain Sanders good qualities fine, but when you decide that you know what's better for us bc it's better for you then you've crossed a line.
berniepdx420
(1,784 posts)think POC are voting against their own interest when they vote for Clinton.. That is absurd on its face... of course I can evaluate politically and have an opionion on whether Black folks would be voting for their interest if they vote for Bernie. I'm done.. you've killed any and all conversation with me..when we need more open and honest dialogue.
giftedgirl77
(4,713 posts)you to go blabbing it to minority voters. If you did it in person my response would definitely not be as nice as it is on here.

(1,784 posts)because I may be white... so frustrating and damaging...
giftedgirl77
(4,713 posts)Why is it so hard to grasp that telling ppl they are voting against their own best interests is incredibly offensive? You are essentially telling us that so & so is in our best interest & we are incapable of making those decisions on our own.
Damn right if you came up to me & rattled off your little primary script about why your canidate was so great & I told you I wasn't feeling it if you then started telling me what was in my best interests you would get an earful.

(1,384 posts)You truly believe our memories to be so short that we forgot the 2008 campaign? See there's this little thing called forgiveness. The 2008 campaign was nasty and they pulled out all the stops. At the end of the day, however, they forgave each other and decided to work together. If he can forgive her, why shouldn't we?

(27,815 posts)Why is the "A future we can believe in" campaign so obsessed with the past?

(27,815 posts)It's just that Bernie's "message" was supposed to be the deal-closer. Now it looks like he can't close the deal without going negative and dredging up the past.
Too bad he can't hope to get ahead any other way. After all, his "future" was all about those revolutionaries who were going to show up in droves to support him - until they failed to materialize.
So now Bernie's campaign is down to "and here's another thing she said - so vote for me."
Sad.
