And her trajectory has been pretty much universally downwards everywhere since, I'm going to take a sudden 30 point lead with a grain of salt. Or twelve.

Maryland (or really the DMV) is probably the #1 success story regarding African American economic and political success. If the entire country was like Maryland, we wouldn't need Bernie Sanders and I'd have to change my username to something less revolutionary.
