Request on links without message text.

Can I please request when you post a link to an article that you either:

1: give a short summary, even a single sentence would be great. What is the link about, a brief summary of your thoughts on shared link, something?

Or

2: quote a snippet to give readers an idea what they are clicking in to, to use as a springboard to open discussion.

Many of us come here for discussion and debate, often after doing our own general reading. Please give us some context beyond a title and link to decide if we want to participate by clicking, or move on.
