This cuts across party lines even further. Many women in all parties do not anyone touching their birth control.

8. "It'll be gone." Isn't that what Romney said? All of that women's health care that isn't abortion?

If polls show him increase any, I will truly be scratching my head wondering based on what? He hasn't done anything but return to the big lying doofus that he is. Flopping on abortion, refusing to talk about his tax plan and how it will work, Ryan saying Obama has no gun legislation, lying about the deceased navy seal for political gain. He hasn't done one thing impressive since his debate and the electorate's memory is very short so the debate should be faded memory by now. So if those poll number go in his favor, I will really have to wonder why based on his back to normal behavior of this week.

It will definitely slow any momentum and knock him off balance. A good showing from Biden tomorrow followed by Obama's 2nd debate could delivery the KO.

Unless we are far, far ahead they WILL steal this election.

Romney's flip flops just means the numbers may need more massaging.

I doubt that his abortion flip-flops will have such a grand affect. Pro-choice and Anti-choice people all likely know he's lying when he shifts to the middle on the issue. Anti-choice people are ok with the lie because they see it as a necessary lie to up his vote tally among moderates.

Once he's in office he can do a Bush and give the middle finger to anyone who complains about his right-wing policies and judicial appointments.

11. I've been waiting for this for 36 fucking years

1976 was the first election after Roe v Wade was handed down in 1973. It was also the first time the issue worked it's way into the party platforms. I saw the writing on the wall and it made my blood alternately boil and run cold.

I immediately joined NARAL and NOW and since then, have been involved in the abortion rights fight. The frustration of watching the Democrats avoid this issue and allow the Republicans to take over the narrative has been maddening and demoralizing. Year after fucking year, the same Goddamn thing, watching the weenie Democrats with their serial appeasing, allowing and aiding these goose-stepping, jack-booted Nazis chip away at our rights. I've gone from 26 to 62 years old, watching this egregious, cowardly, spineless capitulation.

Finally, the Dems are standing up, refusing to let Romney get away with his sociopathic shit. I think this could really be the chance to bury this cruel, souless empty suit, reminding good women and men of what's at stake. Now I'm really looking forward to the debates.

I smell blood in the water.

(Whew!)

12. Mitt went too far. It's one thing to change your mind on funding Pell grants, or Big Bird, but . .

. . it's a totally different thing to change your "bedrock" position on abortion.

Mitt even gave a speech at the RNC in August saying that he would overturn Roe v Wade, so why he ever thought he could turn back time now, is just ridiculous.
