Hopefully this number will rise over the next week since it's obviously lower than we'd like it, but this is the kind of number we were seeing in WI when Ryan first got picked, and that didn't last.

But this fits the "big bounce for a couple days that then subsided) meme. PPP was done on those two thought-to-be-worst days and Ras was doen entirely yesterday. If you include a presumed couple-point bias in one direction for PPP and a couple point bias the other way for Ras... this could be a big improvement.
