Why polls matter the most

We are less then a month away from the election and todays PEW poll really does put everything in perspective. It is for the most part the most accurate portrayal of the electorate support. Unfortunately for us, this poll will not mitigate the momentum that the sociopath gained but amplify it. I wish to be proven wrong on this but the truth is that the media will seize on this completely stunning reversal and rally the republican morons into a romney craze while lowering enthusiasm among Obama supporters. I hope I'm proven wrong but this is how I see it, maybe in an attempt to not be absolutely depressed come November 6.
Futhermore I can't believe how so many people reacted so strongly in favor of that maniac, it really does speak volumes about our society and how deranged and dangerous conservatives are.
