This is very good news. Obama was -3 in the last Ras IA poll.

There are a lot of green energy jobs in IA. Romney said that money could have used to hire teachers.

I think IA has been getting more solid and will not be as close as CO.

Even if this is Rasmussen with it's robo polling and voter ID screen that never changes.
