Can someone tell me how Hillary's foreign policy would differ from GWB's and neoconservative foreign policy in general?

What will she do differently to protect the US and its allies? (I refuse to say "keep us safe" or "protect our interests&quot

What if any plans does she have for reducing hostilities and working towards peace?
