(17,380 posts)new Democratic majority it in the Senate. After this spectacle, the SCOTUS filibuster would be zapped in a second if they tried to block.
Though it seems most likely that a new president would send up the same nominee as Obama, if that person was still willing to serve.

Your question is also poorly worded/thought out, the next president, Hillary or someone else, will face a different Senate, not this one.
My answer was that any new Democratic president is likely to enjoy a Democratic Senate majority and have a lot more leeway. Not sure how your head devolves this into a nonsensical rant about integrity and honesty. Strange...
