Control of the Supreme Court now at stake in 2016

When George W Bush was appointed it was Antonin Scalia that was the outspoken Justice that tried to silence the critics that disagreed with the SCOTUS decision when it clearly showed Al Gore won..He said "so Bush was appointed,Get over it"

To Republicans Scalia was their "savior of American Justice"
To us he is the man that changed the course of history by making the partisan decision that changed the world and brought the World into an eternal state of War.

After a year of blocking appointments, if a dem wins in November, do you think reps will spend the next 8 years blocking them?

If Democrats regain control of the US Senate, Gold Card members of Club Pachyderm like Jeff Sessions and Ted Cruz would find it a lot harder to block either Pres. Clinton's or Pres. Sanders' appointments. That's one reason why down-ballot races and voting in them are important!
