I want free education

Can we start from K-12 because that basic education seems to be no longer free?

The bus is no longer free.
School supplies are no longer free.
Gym clothes were never free.
Field trips are no longer free.
Breakfast and Lunch is not free for many.
School uniforms or dress codes are not free.
Extra curricular activities like Drama, Speech, Sports, Cheer are not free.
Now some schools are charging fees for classes.

I will like the candidates to address are basic education system and the expansion of the fees going on.

good to see no new taxes are working out great for society...... It takes a village, if you can afford to belong to it of course.
