Osama bin Laden movie to air weekend before election

Osama bin Laden movie to air weekend before election

(CNN) – Just two days before Election Day on November 6, a movie detailing the raid that killed Osama bin Laden will air on the National Geographic Channel, the cable network announced Thursday.

The film is being distributed by the Weinstein Company, owned by a Harvey Weinstein, a major backer of President Barack Obama's re-election campaign.

Titled, "SEAL Team Six: The Raid on Osama bin Laden," the feature-length film will chronicle the raid in Pakistan, an event that Obama's campaign touts as one of his crowning achievements.

The timing of the film will likely draw some critics, as some may speculate the TV movie could portray the president in a positive light and have an impact on voters just days before they head to the polls

IOKIYAR. That other movie about the Iran hostages that's supposed to come out soon is fine too.

All is fare, considering that 2016 Obama film, what ever it was called.

It's about time a media outlet stops being afraid of the right wing and presents a positive image of the President. I like to think that there still is a sense of "fairness" in the media, but it is more and more difficult to find.

Is this the same as the "Sony" movie about the raid that will be released shortly? I thought I saw something where Sony bowed to pressure from the right to delay release of that file until after the election.
