More than a win for Mittens

Last night's debate was an EPIC FAIL for the moderator.
I have respect for Jim Lehrer, but man, did he blow it last night
He let Mittens run all over him and Obama let him get away with it
His time as moderator needs to be over.

1. True, but I found it interesting that he had no problem cutting Obama off...

Perhaps because he knows the President is a good and decent person - and Rmoney is a bully.

2. then again... too many are going to say, it is the bullshit uppity arrogant mitt bullying

lehrer who was no way gonna reduce himself to a tantrum on national tv to MAKE a GROWN MAN, and ADULT behave in a responsible manner.

it amazes me that a man running for the presidency act in a manner that in no way earns him a right to the office be over looked for HIS behavior and blame everyone else for HIS behavior.

nothing more stupid.

what did you want lehrer to do after a 30 sec back and forth. jump out of his chair, throw it back in a fit of anger, and go after mitt on the stage?

needed to be more forceful. Period.
Jump up and down and bang the podium? Of course not.
He could have been much more forceful short of that without *lowering* himself.

I think Lehrer was expecting more civility.
Obama knew the format but didn't respond to mittens aggressiveness like he should have.
A learnable moment would have been for Obama to dress down Mittens for rolling over the moderator.... THAT would have been epic!
Obey the rules Mittens. You will be held responsible for your actions

4. ya know... i keep hearing people demand others to be what they are not. obama should have gotten

in his face. lehrer should have been more forceful.

easy for me. i assume easy for you. but we all know people who are not that and not gonna EVER do that so why have the expectation or make the demand?
