(2,335 posts)Dem primary voters tend to be aware and engaged. And probably like me it has dawned on millions that HRC is toast in the general or at the very least can't keep the spread far enough from theft. So, yikes, my vote in the primary for Bernie is the thing that keeps Republicans out of the White House and subsequent disaster. Bernie will be POTUS. The MSM is irrelevant to this equation. CA might be the State the makes it official. I'm blown away by the prospect

(1,884 posts)And this run is only getting started. Hold on to your hat and your Hillary lapel pin, there is gonna be a big shake up in the coming months, that'll leave you standing there wide-eyed and confused. The people are coming out to vote for someone that actually speaks for them and has the track record to back up the talk.

(1,884 posts)Although the empathy does kick in a little bit because of the public humiliation he must feel from being an also ran so early in the game.
His daddy and his brother... He is still a human being, so there's that.
During one of the republican debates, when Trump was utterly humiliating Jeb, I said, "That poor fool." My son laughed at me, and pointed out that there's no reason to pity him -- it's not as if he had the "right" to be president.
True enough. But when a bully picks on a defenseless victim, it just seems cruel, I said. My son said exactly, now let's enjoy this!
