Updated Comparison of NH 2008 to NH 2016 Democratic Primary Results

2016 Sanders: 151,584
2008 Clinton: 112,404
2008 Obama: 104,815
2016 Clinton: 95,252
2008 Edwards: 48,699

Sanders got almost as many votes as Obama and Edwards combined got in 2008. And Clinton lost almost 20,000 votes from her 2008 totals.

Out of 237 towns, Sanders won 233 and Clinton won just 4.

Here are votes from the 4 towns Clinton won:

Millsfield: Clinton 2, Sanders 1 (-1 vote)
Waterville: Clinton 55, Sanders 54 (-1 vote)
Bedford: Clinton 1705, Sanders 1657 (-48 votes)
Windham: Clinton 1049, Sanders 990 (-59 votes)

Total turnout was 250,983. Sanders won 60.40% of these votes. Clinton won 37.95% of these votes. Sanders' margin of victory was a whopping 22,45%!
