Tue Feb 9, 2016, 09:21 PM
Feb 2016

the Clinton campaign delivered a 3 page memo on how they can still win the primary before the 8pm call.

Rachel said what was notable is that the Clinton campaign are no longer touting firewalls Nevada and South Carolina. They discussed that the unions are going for Sanders in Nevada and that when they debated in South Carolina, Clyburn's son remarked what a good organization Sanders had down there.

If that's true, we have a revolution. That doesn't mean we've won the war. But it does mean, the fight will continue for a while yet.

96. Nate Silver said this tonight
Tue Feb 9, 2016, 11:45 PM
Feb 2016
"The next two states to vote in the Democratic primary are Nevada and South Carolina. (Nevada votes before South Carolina for Democrats; the reverse is true for Republicans.) In both cases, there’s been a conspicuous absence of polling: Nevada hasn’t been polled since December, and South Carolina was polled a few times in January but hasn’t been surveyed since Iowa."

I've felt for sometime that the Clinton campaign has had their finger on the polling scale. PPP was hired by Correct the Record to do the debate poll. Poll after poll after poll had demographics that favored Clinton. I don't remember a poll where the demographics favored Bernie. I'll probably never know the answer but I'm suspicious. I wonder if the polls have been held back ...

If I could bet, I'd bet heavy that when Nevada comes out, Bernie's closed the gap some - including with Latinos. When SC poll comes out, Bernie will have closed the gap some with Blacks.

With that Clinton campaign memo tonight downplaying the firewall of Nevada and South Carolina, that suggests to me Bernie's making some headway there.

in a different state. He was polling better with white NH voters than he was with white voters in SC or Iowa.

And I just don't think that minority voters in NH can project what will happen in the SC black community.

I understand that Bernie has a lot going for him, and is about to get a huge boost. But that doesn't mean that any previously identified advantages have been contradicted.

The predictions about SC black voters are based on overwhelming polling numbers, just like Bernie's NH victory was predicted on that basis. I don't see how it makes sense to look at tonight's results and conclude that there must be a problem with the SC polling, let alone a problem as wide as the one that is being suggested.

My remark was snarky, yes. But I'm not advocating bussing anyone. I'm the one who has no objection to the percentages. People choose to live where they wanna.

And spare me the insulation I'm a Trump supporter & by proxy, a RW'er. He's a jackass and I'm no republican.

132. It was disgusting to suggest anyone wants to bus in minorities- and you thought of it.

Your idea. Not any Clinton supporter. So, keep that bullshit to yourself.

People discuss demographics all the damned time- and SC is the opposite of NH, it is what it is. No one is asking you to love it, but they do not deserve to be painted as racists for merely discussing it.

If being a majority white it makes you feel marginalized that other groups are being discussed- you have some soul searching to do. You have no good reason to resent it.

It's nice to see from a Clinton supporter.

And seeing your avatar, I want to congratulate the BLM activists for being brave, bold and well-organized enough to break through, be heard, and be taken seriously. They've been incredibly effective.

to say this! Hey you Democratic Congress Critters... Are you beginning to FEEL THE BERN?????

Day by day, step by step WE ARE sending you a message! You've failed us for too long and so the worm is turning!

I'm beginning to see some real momentum building IN SPITE of what MSM Barkers keep telling us. He seems to be gathering more and more endorsements of quality as time goes on. If the Harry Belafonte endorsement is true... WELL, I think this will send an enormous message to many other black leaders who know him and respect him enormously. I still haven't gotten over the John Lewis endorsement of Hillary. That one really hurt!

Satire alert. This website is definitely Feeling the Bern.

Americans Disturbed By Bernie Sanders' Consistent Record, Honesty

WASHINGTON (The Nil Admirari) - Today, the results of a TNA study showed a sizable minority of American voters were disturbed by the honesty and consistent record of Democratic presidential candidate U.S. Senator Bernie Sanders of Vermont. These Americans found it difficult to accept there was a politician who dared to tell hard truths rather than politically beneficial lies, and explicitly refused to use the divide and conquer strategy utilized by other politicians to trick the vast majority of Americans into fighting each other over economic scraps.

+

"Many of these Americans really want to support Senator Sanders, but are unsure of what to do after being lied to for so long," stated Schneider.

Of those World Net Daily polls that said Trump had a commanding lead amongst minorities

And when you looked at the polling sample they polled an astonishing 5 African Americans 😂

I am so glad to see this. PoC deserve a good president like Bernie Sanders. We all do.

This is getting me teary-eyed.
