Related: About this forumWTF? Is Hillary counting superdelegates as "won" ???
This was just emailed to me. I'm leaving for an election watch party. Discuss. Go Bernie.

(19,537 posts)Those votes perhaps could be PROJECTED votes for Hillary, but they've not been cast yet.
A LIE in those poll results!!!
ProgressiveEconomist
(5,818 posts)allocated so far, according to the wiki, "List of Democratic superdelegates, 2016."
That leaves 31 delegates to be allocated by NH's electoral process. With 27 of those 31 already allocated, the best outcome Bernie can hope for is beating Hilary by two delegates out of the 31, according to the Politico results page at http://www.politico.com/2016-election/results/map/president/new-hampshire?lo=ut_d1
Currently, HRC actually is ahead of SBS 14 to 13 with 27 of the 31 determined already.
If HRC gets two of the 4 delegates still outstanding, she will have beaten SBS by 1 election-determined delegate. In any case, just like Bernie opined loudly that IA's 23-21 HRC delegate victory was a tie, NH's outcome will be very close.

(1,061 posts)When actual NH votes go the other way, she must cling to anything keeping the notion alive.

(11,257 posts)Superdelegates are still delegates, and they vote at the convention. Her lead is real, and it's a huge part of the reason why Bernie will remain a huge underdog, regardless of how tonight plays out.
Sorry that you disagree with her choice of verb, but it doesn't make the problem less severe for Bernie.

(19,537 posts)If these votes are cast differently than and swing the election in Clinton's favor, the "Democratic" Party will be viewed by the electorate to no longer supporting a real system of democracy in how it elects its leaders, and the party will then DIE! And deservedly so! And those who cast those "votes" undemocratically will be thrown out of politics, also DESERVEDLY SO!!!

(4,552 posts)That's why, when the Iowa results started flowing in, Hillary was really far ahead immediately.
I think it was because they were reporting her super-dels.
Seems a little tilted.

(14,915 posts).....so did the tide of super delegates. You will see some jump ship after tonight, and even more go if Bernie wins in NV.

(12,655 posts)more misleading bullshit from camp clinton and her pr wing, the m$m. they need to stop posting supers as if they are delegates already won by the people. they are establishment votes she schmoozed to get, and they will switch their vote at the convention if bernie has the popular vote.
fyi, this is exactly why she is losing. not trustworthy, dishonest, and misleading.
and this is why bernie put the m$m on notice last night.
stop the lying!!!!!!!!!!
edit.. one good thing is that most people are not paying attention to the delegates but the popular vote. but of those paying attention, this purposeful misrepresentation is getting confusing and will just help bernie's narrative about the fix being in.

(10,476 posts)As it stands at this moment, Clinton has 15 NH delegates, Sander 13.

(37,428 posts)I think she can fairly claim delegates that have declared for her, and work the inevitable ility angle for as long as she can.
It's capitalizing on our general ignorance of the process, but so is some of her platform, IMO.
