...then blames Sanders for running a negative campaign.
We all recall her defiantly challenging everyone to find a single vote that was influenced by the influential. Immediately, David Sirota tweets the Elizabeth Warren clip where she flips on the bankruptcy bill after she became a senator. There might have been more, but this one in particular resonated with the media. George Stephanopoulus grilled her on it this weekend, and of course she got offended, she's Hillary. She responds but concludes by saying she has to call out the Sanders campaign, again, for breaking their promise to not run a negative campaign. (Oh woe is me.)
This shits been whirling around the internet for the better part of the week. Of course you need to respond.
Careful what you ask for, Hill!

(39,909 posts)Publicly calling out Bernie for "going negative" is Hillary going negative.
She will have to have surgery to insert her feet into her mouth any deeper.

(5,252 posts)Sirota was the first to find it. He's a syndicated columnist. Nothing to do with Sanders.

(18,775 posts)I'm observing that her tactic du jour is to try and use Sanders' reputation of not doing negative campaigning and turn it against him.

(357 posts)... to nail her with her flip-flopping.
In addition to the bankruptcy bill, her turn-around on single-payer is also breathtaking. In '08 she called out BO for attacking her on single payer, and now she's vehemently opposed to it. That's after taking some 13M from the insurance and medical device industries 2013-2015. And then look who's on her campaign staff, and where they hail from.
And then there's the arms sales approved for big donors to the Clinton Foundation.
But right, there's nothing to see here... move along folks!
