(4,802 posts)Obama surely didn't call out Mittens on his lies tonight. As Mitt's lies grow greater in number maybe there will be too many lies to rebut in too little time.. Letting Mittens get away with flip flopping on his own tax plans. Get with it Mr President. Next time get into attack mode.

(3,491 posts)If one were to replay the entire debate, you can seen when Romney was lying by looking at President Obama's expressions.

(8,339 posts)It may have been unintentional - some of Romney's statements were pretty blatant.

(22,898 posts)Frankly, IMO, anyone who was impressed by that blustery pack of lies, I'd wonder about.

(6,823 posts)I was having the same thoughts half-way through the debate. Giving Romney enough 'rope' to hang himself with ... but I kept quiet ... as did our President during the debate. Time will tell. Thanks for the thread.

(22,898 posts)We're in this together. We can't jump all over the President because he didn't deliver knockout punches. We're behind him and frankly I'm surprised about how Matthews and Schultz went so ballistic.
I know they were disappointed but, shoot-- sometimes people have an "off" night.
