With the five year plans at many local colleges, and the faux 'seminars' to make money in the summertime, those dorms aren't as empty as they used to be in the old days. Our transportation system is archaic--it has been neglected for three decades, really--all the money collected is going to salaries for execs, not infrastructure improvement. I still have to smh when I get on the T and remember that I used to pay a fricken quarter back in the day--and a DIME between ten and two on the weekend!

Other cities could benefit from an Olympic opportunity--hold it in DETROIT--and make the Olympic Committee pay for everything!
