Why the Wall Street money matters

Look, first of all I'm really not into the whole primary fight. I'm ready for either one of them. However, the issue about the Wall Street money boils down to this.

They aren't donating all that money or paying her all that cash because they don't like her. Take her at her word that she isn't influenced by the cash. They spent it for a reason and it generally falls into one of two categories. Either they favor her, her positions, and what she has to say, or they want "access". Obama talked about this second one in his book. Some union was an early supporter in one of his early campaigns. So after he was elected, yeah, when they called, they got a meeting. He might not do what they wanted, but they got the meeting. That's not exactly "pay to play" but that is "selling access".

Look, when it comes to the presidency, ultimately these donors (some of them) will be expecting ambassadorships, and lower cabinet appointments (undersecretary for really cool stuff). And we all know she'll dole 'em out. Obama's got a cabinet so loaded with the Goldman Sachs crowd, Warren had to put her foot down and oppose one of 'em. Bill's cabinet was chuck full of them. All of them? No. But there's several different kinds of access and these people are donating to get it. And even if they aren't in the cabinet, when they come a callin', her White House will tell those folks in the those positions to "take the meeting". And especially in the first term, they know they'll want to go back to these folks for the second campaign so they will definitely be "taking the meeting".

And as I say, even the ones that never ask for the meeting, and don't want a position in the administration, have a motive. They like what she has to say. They want what she wants. Or at least they want what they believe she will ultimately do. And that's ultimately why the money matters because it, as much as anything, tells you what a lot of Wall Street thinks, even if it isn't all of them. So either the money comes from all those closet liberals on Wall Street that think big changes need to come to their very profitable jobs, or.....

more of the 99% are learning. The time has come for this to stop. The greed of the big money folks has gone to the extreme and they cannot stop themselves. There is never enough. The curtain has been pulled back and exposed this arrangement and the media's collusion in perpetuating the system.

If you love the American people, vote for Bernie.

It is, in fact, that simple.

Food and the expedience it's produced, inspected and shipped . It is the Marker of our wealth, it was never meant to be the Maker of jobs, policies and Laws or lack thereof . Jefferson and others saw the faction we would have to police more than any others were the " Monied " interests who if left to do what they wanted would ruin our Democracy, and make our children foreigners in there own Birthplace .
