Hillary support from other New Hampshire Democratic elected officials will be key in the ground game. To that end, Hillary has the organizations of both Governor Maggie Hassan and Senator Jean Shaheen in her corner.
Governor Hassan had this to say recently:
Gov. Maggie Hassan, Hillary Clinton's top supporter in New Hampshire, thinks it's just possible she'll be able to repeat her stunning finish in the 2008 primary and defeat an opponent who holds a wide lead going into the campaign's final days.

(6,280 posts)I say closing within 7 points is beating the shit out of expectations in itself. I don't expect Hillary to win New Hampshire, but if she does or even comes close, I'm going to go ahead and get these ready.

(42,862 posts)Even if he "wins" by a few percentage points, he's LOST THE NOMINATION!!!!
New Hampshire (just like Iowa) is tailor-made for his strengths, and he's STILL STRUGGLING to stay ahead.
That really DOES NOT BODE WELL for his chances of actually winning a national election.
Go, Hillary! We love you!

(2,074 posts)I'm a Hillary supporter, but I don't trust this poll. Looks like about a 10 point loss for Hillary, unless a lot of the independents decide to vote in the GOP primary, which could shrink the margin somewhat.
