This is what it's reduced to? Vote for Hillary because she's a woman....

...and moderate on some positions. Except when Bernie is supposedly ultra far right on a gun vote and some banking bill in the 90's...except Bernie's ideas are too left wing, and will never get passed.

Wow, I knew Hillary ran bad campaigns (see 2008), but this is getting pathetic by her and her surrogates.

Bernie is 100% correct on all liberal/progressive/democratic issues and to top it off: The most trustworthy.

I was ambivalent a few months ago, but I'm getting pissed off now. Hillary could very well implode, like in 2008, and SBS could pull this off.

But not this one, Not unless I had to.

Hillary is way too conservative and owes too much to the corporations that are ripping us off.

that's the ONLY thing it has ever been about. That she's basically a reincarnation of Margaret Thatcher in terms of economic and foreign policy is not to be considered, thought about or, particularly, spoken about. Pointing out she's a neoliberal neocon is bad form.

NB - I said "a good share", not "all."

being told we voted for Barack Obama because he was Black. Not going to vote for someone just because they are the same sex as me. Especially if this woman voted with Republicans to attack the sovereign nation of Iraq causing thousands of American lives. Being a veteran I see the results of that war every time I go to the VA Medical Center and knowing that my then Senator from New York, Hillary Clinton is as responsible as Bush/Cheney. It's personal.

The hundreds of thousands of innocent women in Iraq who died as a result of that war. Not exactly a feminist position to support the War Machine (Military Industrial Complex) that has been responsible for so many innocent female deaths over the decades.

You can't set yourself up to judge whether their reasons are valid and meet your approval. Why would it matter to you if someone believes gender is their important issue, any more than being a socialist is the most deciding factor?

We all assign different priorities in our decision making processes, and for a wide variety of perfectly acceptable reasons. What you may label as "trustworthy", another voter might have a more skeptical view, and that's OK, hear?

Even though that obviously works for you, it should be equally clear that not everyone shares that view, and in a democratic vote, that's OK, too.

Everyone sees the world differently through the prism of their own life experiences and cherished ideals. Yours are uniquely your own, neither right nor wrong, just your individual opinion, yeah? The same applies to us all, and no one has to agree with your definitions or your views, or anyone else's for that matter. It's not anyone else's business why voters select one candidate over another.

Feminist activist Gloria Steinem on Friday suggested that young women support Democratic presidential hopeful Bernie Sanders over rival Hillary Clinton because they want to meet boys.

On HBO’s “Real Time with Bill Maher,” Maher asked Steinem why Clinton, who has campaigned on the historic nature of her candidacy, was losing the young female vote.

don’t mean to over-generalize … but men tend to get more conservative because they gain power as they age, and women get more radical because they lose power as they age,” Steinem responded.
