A difference of opinion

Do I think Hillary is "evil"? No. Do I think she "hates" poor people? No. Do I think, from her perspective, she means well? Yes.
Why do I say these things? It is a rare trait that in the dark and corrupting halls of Congress, very few can claim the honorable standards that Sanders has managed to maintain his entire political career. He is not completely alone but there are very, very few in the annals of Congress that have managed to resist corruption as effectively.

Has he walked on that line and pushed the envelope as far as staying just in the bounds of those high standards are concerned? Yes. I think he has.

That Hillary Clinton does not adhere to the same standards does not make her "horrible". It does not mean she cannot still be a good person.

That Hillary Clinton has and uses SuperPACs and receives large speaking fees and is surrounding herself with people that help her grease the wheels of the business and campaign funding world with a laser focus on the "win" does not make her a "bad" person. It just means she is no different than any other politician. That is the point on which I and many others take issue. Politics as usual is not working anymore.
When I look up at the make-up of Congress, state legislatures and governorship in our country. Democrats are losing our influence on the entire political process, it's time for a different strategy.
When I see recognition of human caused climate change still being debated, it's time for a different strategy.
when women's right and access to healthcare and equal pay is still a conversation we have to have, it's time for a different strategy.
When police gun down blacks and they face imprisonment at a rate far in excess of their share of the population, it's time for a different strategy.
When the poor cannot get clean drinking water or access to basic necessities in their communities, it's time for a different strategy.
When we allow 11 million people to hang in immigration limbo and fail to acknowledge their importance in making our country great, it's time for a different strategy.

When the citizens of this country no longer have their interest served but are now at the mercy and charity of the wealthy and powerful, it's time for a different strategy.
