Who has the power - Koch Bros or Goldman Sachs?

Just trying to put a little damper on Koch Bros. conspiracies for the GOP Primaries and GE. The Kochroaches are players, but bit players. If their interventions really looked liked upsetting the apple cart, Goldman and the Big Boys would make them an offer they couldn't refuse.
